Here at The Orchard at Munsley, you can choose between two different types of viewing. Your first option is to attend one of our twice-yearly Open Days, where the Orchard is all set up to be wedding-ready and we also have some of our suppliers on hand to show you what they can do. It’s the perfect opportunity to pop along and take it all in together with like-minded, soon-to-be-married couples.
Your second option is to book in a private viewing with us. And private is exactly that, it will be will just be you and me. Some couples might be a bit daunted by the prospect of a private viewing, so I wanted to reassure you and explain exactly what a 1-2-1 show-round with us looks like.
Firstly, it is not a pushy sales experience – it really couldn’t be further from that. We approach a private viewing as if it were us looking for our unique wedding venue. Imagine having a very laid-back look around your friend’s new house and you’ll get the idea. At the end of the day, it’s all about seeing if we are right for you and your guests. I remember vividly how everything can feel overwhelming when you start to plan your day, so this is a chance for us to chat through what a ‘typical’ (if there is such a thing) wedding here looks like – from the ceremony to welcome drinks, food options and, of course, the party! We can also discuss accommodation options – including camping and luxury self- catering options nearby. There’s somewhere to suit everyone.
You will also get a chance to see our magical tipis set up. Most people have never been in full-size tipi before and so they aren’t sure what to expect. This is a great opportunity to get a feeling for its size and ambiance, both of which take people by surprise, in a good way!
