Whichever package you choose, you’ll have exclusive use of the orchard and everything included within our Orchard After Party package as a foundation, along with my expert guidance throughout the planning process and on the day itself.
This means you’re never left figuring things out on your own. From early planning decisions to the final moments of your wedding day, I’m there behind the scenes to guide, support, and ensure everything runs as it should.
All packages include our two bars, run by experienced, friendly staff. We showcase local distilleries and breweries, including Herefordshire beer and cider on our main tipi bar. Our much-loved horsebox cocktail bar comes into its own, especially after dinner, as it’s the perfect way to take things up a level and build the party energy. We also offer optional drinks packages to enhance your day.
The Orchard After Party

The Orchard Signature Wedding
A relaxed, full-day wedding experience in our Herefordshire orchard, combining a beautiful outdoor ceremony with expert coordination throughout for 120 seated guests
Designed for couples who want to make a full day of it, this package builds on our Orchard After Party foundation, adding a stunning orchard ceremony setting and a higher level of planning and on-the-day support, so everything flows from start to finish.
